Response from Chapellerie Traclet Published on 08/02/2021

Hello
We have made the necessary claims to the post office.
You even received an alert from the post office stating that we have taken the follow-up steps.
Like all packages, if this one is open, it must be refused.
In the case where the packages have been opened, please send us photos so we can take the necessary steps with the post office.
We had indicated that we were taking the necessary steps with the post office but not to call you by phone.
Thank you for your understanding.
Best regards
Traclet

On the site, the presentation is clear. The expected deadline is met. The future bride to whom we gave this gift was delighted and keeps the packaging precious.

Fast shipping and package tracking. Very courteous phone exchange to settle by phone with credit card due to a problem with my card on the site. Well packaged and nice quality cap. The gift arrived on time for my boyfriend's birthday. Kudos to the team - Highly recommended
