Following normal wear of a Tilley hat, which has been used a lot and of which I am a fan, the company Traclet exchanged the hat for me (as agreed in the manufacturer's warranty). This operation was carried out quickly without any hindrance. I thank the company Traclet for its seriousness and professionalism.
Beautiful hat and great service

Improve sorting criteria and model selection. Very abundant offer is great but a bit messy. It takes patience but you are sure to find.
