Perfect in terms of deadlines and everything is ok. Drawback: strengthen the packaging... would be useful and more secure.

Very fast delivery. Beautiful quality hat and very practical when it's windy and cold. Red color that can be seen from afar.

Thank you for this hat, which I quickly put on. It fits me perfectly for the winter season. The fact that it is adjustable makes it easy to fit to my head size.

After a little stress at the order because I hadn't received a confirmation email (but this wasn't the only company this year), I sent an email to the hat shop which replied quickly. The package arrived well and meets my expectations.

Order of a beret
Product conforms, seems to be of good quality (not tested as it's for a gift)
However, average packaging, just a label saying very fragile, but the envelope arrived in bad condition.
Luckily it was just a flat beret
