Really very varied. Many quality items in many fields or needs. Easy-to-use website. Other orders will follow.

Overall, it's a nice site. Positive point, the origins of the products are indicated. However, I had some difficulties with the product search system, which I found not intuitive. For the rest, I have nothing to complain about.

Response from Chapellerie Traclet Published on 12/01/2017

Hello
Yes, there was a delay but not two months; the order was placed on 21/12/17 and you received it on 19/01/17.
Moreover, if the size does not fit, it is of course possible to change it.
Finally, this is a military beret that does not sink like a Basque beret. So it should be worn on top and not pushed down.
Best regards Traclet
