It would be nice if in each batch of photos, there was systematically one showing the hat worn by a model. This would give a better idea of what it looks like.

Serious site, possibility to return the purchased item, descriptions sometimes insufficient or incorrect which can lead to the return of the merchandise.

the site is very clear and easy to use. The transport times are respected. Just a note regarding the packaging which can be easily observed. So it may be subject to theft during transport. Best regards

A small relational incident with a staff member, very well handled by the manager. I wasn't very refined myself. Good company.

I would have given 5 stars if the color of the hat sent matched the photo. A bit disappointed, but I will keep it.

relatively simple and clear site. Too bad not to have an option for a hat box and not being able to order unavailable products at the same time, such as cork strips to reduce size.
delivery and deadline very correct
I would recommend without hesitation
