Exchanges are extremely difficult, they do not read emails and when they do it takes several weeks.
Moreover, for a refund, they do not respond. So beware of scams!

Well done. Lack of precision on actual sizes. Sometimes lacks an interior photo to really know the product.

Shipments are very fast, the description of the headgear is generally quite detailed but not always. When an item is marked "coming soon" ... it can take a few months.

Delay far too long; I had to follow up several times to be delivered when I
was promised twice to ship...After the third follow-up, I finally received the 2 hats.

I own a good number of hats and most of my hat purchases come from Tractel, as delivery by post is simple
