Maybe add a zoom (macro) of the fabric of each hat to see the weaving. And try to find a way to better render the colors maybe by comparing them to a Pantone table (RAL: http://www.pats.ch/formulaire/unites/unites11.aspx). To be able to distinguish between anthracite gray and black.

Very disappointed I was supposed to receive the hat in 3 weeks maximum I received it in 7 weeks. Living abroad I contacted them via their email address 3 times but I never got a response from them. I had to ask the person who was supposed to receive the hat (as a gift) to call the number indicated on the site. After 3 calls they finally said they would send the hat.
I didn't even get a commercial gesture or an apology...
