The delivery was fast
The quality of the product is impeccable
But the service is average because the color was not respected, the trims are red and I had ordered blue

The site is clear, presents many quality items at all prices. I bought two hats, one of which is a foldable Panama that just didn't want to roll up. The TRACLET customer service communicated tips to achieve this, and it worked. The two items, although different, are beautiful and well made. I am very satisfied with them.

Limited choice in sizes for certain brands offering original products. Otherwise, a very large selection. Search criteria system to refine.

This is terrible, especially the beret which is very poorly sized, and I know what I'm talking about, I've been wearing them for 15 years

Hello
What is the sizing issue encountered with the Basque beret? Is it too big or too small?
You ordered other items in size XL, does that size suit you?
Remaining at your disposal to find a solution for the Basque beret that does not fit.

Choice in references, products matching the description and quality, prices not prohibitive, fast shipping. Occasional appearances of products for women while the 'man' filter is activated, but that's a detail. Good site, very satisfied.

I ordered a hat in size 56, I received a hat much larger, at least size 58, and customer service did not want to cover the return shipping costs.
I am very disappointed by this attitude, unworthy of good commercial service!!!

Good selection but unfortunately not for small heads, little choice for head sizes -54cm. With 2 cork reducers and some DIY it can be arranged but it spoils the pleasure a bit at delivery.
