Nothing received. Unable to reach the box. Messages left in the voicemail but no response. Order paid on April 22. No news as of today. Very disappointing.

A wait of over 2 months without information on the reasons for the delay and the delivery date. Several complaint letters sent without response in return. In the end, the item arrived but it is too big!

Hello
Please excuse us for this delivery delay, our manufacturer having had supply issues with raffia.
On this model, it has an adjustment lace to fit it around the head.
Otherwise, we can adjust it according to the desired size with a coarse grain.

The hat I ordered does not match either the size or the specifications described on the site. The size is a 60 instead of a 59. The leather straps described on the site are missing from the hat I received... terrible...

Site rich in models, but search engine not rigorous enough: "UV protection cap UPF 50+" gives 17 pages in which only about ten models correspond to the request. Waste of time.

the helmet is cheap, very well made and finished, but the chin strap is placed crooked and too short; like that, it serves no practical purpose (only to try to strangle oneself effectively, really): it's not difficult to fix at home almost without expenses, but you should have noticed that to the manufacturer in Indochina

Delivery, no problem. However, on the site, the description of the neck-covering caps is insufficient, not allowing to distinguish between two caps with very similar characteristics.

Nothing to report, very good choice, except for the search engine: when you ask for 'UV protection cap UPF 50+', you end up with 17 pages of various headgear, hats... FOR ALL THAT, you only get a maximum of ten items that meet the request. Hence the frustrating waste of time. So: search engine not precise enough.
