Dear
I don't understand your message. Your order was made on Sunday and we sent it on Monday, we can't send it more quickly to you in Italy because all post offices are closed on Sunday.
Can you explain the problem with the Stetson hat quality?
Size, we explain that Stetson size is more important.
Last but not least, if you don't like it, you can return for exchange or refund.
Best regards
Traclet Sébastien

Very nice quality with a manufacturing delay a bit longer than expected to make the hat.
But order well received.

Navigation without difficulty but the data on dimensions is insufficient; the information on the status of the order is not enough (you have to ask questions to know; delivery without issues. But it's one of the very rare hat shops with so much offer, so...

very good site, easy order taking, good communication, very good delivery but the quality is not perfect: the band that is in contact with the head is a bit loose and is not padded. The price is very correct in relation to the quality of the delivered product.

Delivery time of 2 weeks announced, in reality double! This purchase was for a birthday, I wrote an email to find out where my order was, no response... 2 days later I received my package, 1/2 day later, I would have canceled my order! Big lack of tracking and information.

The website was well designed, However, the name of the hat I purchased was labeled differently in the English version of the site from the title in French which was confusing. Other than that, I enjoyed using the site.

I received my order well but I received a hat size 54 while I had requested a 53 cm. Since there was no internal support band, I sewed one to reduce the size and to make the hat fit well on my head. I know it's difficult to get hats in 53 cm, but the presence of an internal support band is very practical. Otherwise, the hat is very beautiful and well made.

Response from Chapellerie Traclet
Hello
Thank you for your comment.
The order was placed on Friday 16/02/2024 at 18:53:01.
The order left on Monday 19/02/2024 under tracking 6C18383620326
Indeed, even though we are open on Saturday, the post does not take our packages. It therefore leaves on Monday because the post does not work on Sunday yet.
It was delivered on Wednesday 21
https://www.laposte.fr/outils/suivre-vos-envois?code=6C18383620326
Thank you for indicating the issue encountered with the delay because for a delay with delivery on Tuesday, it would have been necessary to take Chronopost or TNT.
We hope, however, that the hat gives you complete satisfaction.
Remaining at your disposal
Best regards
