Not at all compliant with the photo. Misleading photo! Very low quality for 60 euros. I do not recommend at all

Hello
Thank you for indicating the issue encountered with this fur toque that we have been making for several years.
The model price in the photo is indeed the one we manufacture ourselves.
Do you want another fur or lining?

Return of the order non-compliant size: very small item said to be one size
I paid to return it
Upon arrival, I was charged shipping fees for the delivery, whereas I paid for this delivery at the time of ordering
Practice that is not indicated in the T&Cs
Curious procedure

The one size fits a head circumference of 55 to 58 cm.
What size do you need?

I am very satisfied with Traclet, very good communication. My package was delivered late due to the Post not respecting delivery times and not keeping its commitments. They do not come and say they presented themselves at your home.

Good evening,
I have never been disappointed until now but here I am buying a chapka for my partner and it turns out to be made in China instead of Poland (original root) with rabbit fur that is shedding a lot as well as the leather that is supposed to be goat suede but is not!!
Disappointed, disappointed!!
I sent an email to the corresponding service but have not received a response.
