Chapellerie Traclet delivers consistently fast shipping and reliable service, with many customers noting quick delivery and prompt order handling, sometimes arriving in time for events and performances. The product quality and presentation are repeatedly praised: hats and caps are described as well-made, comfortable to wear, with soft materials and neat finishes that align with photos and expectations. A wide selection and clear value for money are highlighted by shoppers who appreciate diverse options, reasonable prices, and durable, stylish designs. Customer service is perceived as attentive and professional, with straightforward returns and responsive assistance when needed.

is available in different sizes. It would be good to add a size choice to meet the customer's needs. I based my purchase on the measurements from the illustration. If I had known about the different sizes, I would have bought two items.
In summary:
- disappointing sales experience because the item received does not match the measurements in the photo and does not meet my needs.
- missed sales because potential customers do not know that you offer items in different sizes.

Response from Chapellerie Traclet
Hello
Thank you for your comment.
To respond to your message, normally this Entreometrique model is in a classic size of about 55 to 62 cm. As indicated in my email, our manufacturer does not always deliver the same product exactly. That is why we did not put a size but only proposed two models, the links of which are below

Satisfied, but I want to specify that for over twenty years I have been buying this beret with ribbed edges and that before in stores there were several colors including grays, violets and that now the choice of colors is limited to red and black. Apart from that, I am really happy to have been able to get one because it has been 4 years since the hat shop in Grenoble has not made it anymore. Best regards

Some small display issues with the filters. It would be better to have the same models of hats displayed only once with their different possible colors rather than displayed separately, it would make fewer pages to see. Nothing to say about the timely delivery and the hat is compliant and well protected.

Site ok but the color of the cap on the site and in reality is different. Looks good brown on the site but leans towards a faded brown in reality.

As with my first order, the items meet my expectations and are of impeccable finish. The delivery time was well respected. My only regret is not being able to filter based on items in stock when searching on the site. I highly recommend this company :)

Perfect in terms of order processing.
Regarding the product received, a bit disappointed. It was 2 Blue White Red berets but the white color is not at all. It is rather mottled with blue and red.
Too bad

I ordered a children's Nice hat with a diameter of 31cm, the one I received measures rather 40 cm in diameter, more for an adult.
Otherwise, the quality is very nice, very beautiful product.

The only problem is that the hat received is not the hat ordered. The one I ordered had a neck protection and the one received does not, although the location exists: why this change?

I received the hat on time. I only have one concern, my hat is guaranteed for life and I have to make the guarantee online and they ask me for the invoice number that I did not receive and the exact color.
Thank you in advance for your response.
