Hello, I placed my order on April 27, it was only shipped on... May 11 (!) after writing directly to the Chapellerie for news. The package then arrived on May 18. The time between the order and shipping was far too long. I was supposed to receive this cap to go on vacation and it arrived after my departure while the site mentioned shipping in 24/48h. Moreover, the indicated size XL does not correspond to a usual XL. It is much smaller. In short, that is quite unfortunate. Have a good week

I will be completely honest, the hat itself is beautiful but the after-sales service has been terrible. I sent so many messages for my delivery to be made. The waiting time was not respected. To say during the purchase that we would have the order within 40 days, which was not the case. I waited more than 60 days to receive my order. At one point, I thought this online store was a scam.

Hello, it's true that a Pharrell hat in red in size 62 cm is not easy to find, we are one of the last hat makers to offer this service. We understand your impatience to receive this unique hat. However, the master hat maker who makes it is the only one crafting it and on this model, it is completely molded by hand, especially since size 62 cm is a less common size.
