We have still not received the order planned urgently and which was sorely missed at our daughter's wedding. We are very disappointed and will certainly not recommend you to our friends.

You want to have my opinion while I am still waiting for my package. At first I was supposed to receive it on Saturday at 3pm then it was postponed to Monday. It is Tuesday evening more precisely 8:49pm still nothing. What do you want me to say! In your opinion, what do you deserve? 5 stars or a Blame. It's up to you!!!

Better specify if it's a beanie (thus closed) or a cap without a visor (open back).
The metal at the back of one of the ordered products is not pleasant.

By nature patient, I would have just liked to be informed of the true delivery time.
I know well that the ordered cap is not the best seller and that the journey from Ireland can take time.
Irreproachable quality of the material, the Donegal tweed is impeccable. I was supposed to go there this summer, but due to passport issues, I won't go. Ireland has thus arrived in Brittany through you.
Thank you

Hello
Thank you for your message. Please let us know the issue encountered with this karakul made artisanally in Pakistan.
We also have Italian productions that are of European design and finish as well as in a more European shape.
It is of course possible to change it.
