At the time of ordering, a delay of 5 weeks was expected. After 10 weeks, and without any communication from customer service, I question this 'customer service'. And there, as if by magic, my order is sent the very next day! This is therefore a clear lack of seriousness.

Hello
Please excuse us for this manufacturing delay. We sent you an email following your request for order tracking indicating that the tricorne would be shipped within the week..
We hope, however, that the hat gives you complete satisfaction and will make you forget this slightly longer delay.
Remaining at your disposal
Sincerely
Traclet Sébastien

Excellent site. Just missing a few photos per proposed item. Otherwise, the prices, brands, and choices are there.

This chapka is really very pretty and soft. My only complaint is that the ear covers are a bit small and don't really protect, hence one star less

I was looking for something neutral and the navy blue didn't show up in the photo, so I looked at the other colors and the red showed a navy blue image, so I thought that with a bit of luck it's not the red but the navy blue that I would receive, too bad it's not the right one, but it's okay I'll find a way to match it with an outfit

Delivery that was supposed to be scheduled in 2 parts because 1 item was missing for 3 weeks, so request to group the 4 purchases and without problem expected wait and OH surprise!! delivery of EVERYTHING 4 days after order, shipped to home because it was supposed to arrive upon our return
so absence at delivery received by a very nice neighbor without me being able to warn him
well not serious but curious management between order and delivery
OTHERWISE VERY nice ITEMS

Order placed on 15/11/22, received on 04/01/23. Announced delay 2 to 3 weeks... I sent a message twice, the Traclet house never bothered to respond.
Moreover, the item has no label, neither the manufacturer's name nor washing instructions. I am absolutely convinced that there was one, there is a trace and moreover there was a piece of thread that was used to attach this label!!!
The worst part is that when this label was removed, there was a little unfortunate scissor cut.

Hello
please excuse us for these inconveniences. Our manufacturer had a significant delay in the production of goretex hats and we tried to send it to you as quickly as possible after Christmas. Regarding the label, normally there is indeed a label attached to a plastic thread detailing the care characteristics of the goretex.
As for the emails, we received one to which we replied that the hat should be shipped for reception at the beginning of January.
For these reasons, please find attached a gift voucher of 20 euros.
