A cap at this price should have a foam lining in the visor to prevent deformation

Very disappointed with the hat, way too big and no shape.
Not happy, don't say it's one size fits all.

Response from Chapellerie Traclet
Hello
This type of hat fits well for a head circumference of 55 to 59 cm
What size do you wear?
It is of course possible to exchange it if this model does not suit you.
We have shapes like the janson cap which is less wide or holdtein cap
Remaining at your disposal
Sincerely
Traclet Sébastien.

I had ordered a chapka, received without any problem within the expected time. This item was in a packaging box. I suggest, if it is not already the case, that the delivered product be presented in a simple 'case' that would enhance it and fit in the packaging. This could be simple and very inexpensive. The whole would have more character. Merry Christmas and best wishes to all your staff.

To wear this hat, you need to have 2 heads
Translated reviews
Response from Chapellerie Traclet
Hello
this model of hat fits for a head circumference of 55 to 61 cm as it is elastic.
However, it sinks a lot on the head (almost covers the ears)
Otherwise, we have model 2412 which has a less deep and less wide shape.
It is of course possible to change it.
sincerely

The site, which answers questions, sends confirmation is not secure, so the email is in spam with a lot!!! Danger.... I thought I was hacked.

Response from Chapellerie Traclet
Hello
we respond through our secure SSL site, in case the email is in spam it is simply that upon receipt it was initially placed in spam or that the manager like gmail considers the email as spam. This has nothing to do with hacking.
We hope the caps meet your satisfaction.
remaining at your disposal.

I am generally happy with my order, but one of the berets ordered is not Made in France and seems of lower quality... and this was not specified on the site. Otherwise, the other 3 are perfect, the quality and fit of the berets are very good.

Too bad the ordered hat was not in a box that could be placed in the mailbox. Fortunately, I was home when the mail carrier rang the bell. I had chosen the colissimo delivery without signature, since this hat could fit in the mailbox.

Stetson hat received quickly and as described. The only disappointment is that I thought it would be delivered in a storage box so I could store it when not in use. Hence my one star less.

Elegant hat! Maybe make shipping boxes that correspond to the size of the hat because slightly folded on the sides, it has lost its shape a bit.

this message is indeed unfortunate for a loyal customer.
Indeed, we exchanged two days ago about the fact that we would send you the correct model.
It is currently being delivered to the chosen relay point.
Please excuse us for the delay in sending the correct return which has just been done a few minutes ago by email.
We tried to reach you by phone and we just left you a voicemail message.
please excuse us once again for this model error.
