Very poor quality item, 2 months delay, terrible finish, I do not recommend this item, nor the seller who claims 15 days to 1 month delivery, when it is false

Hello,
from ordering on the site to delivery by Colissimo, it's flawless.
The only disappointing element: the edge of the hat is not made of fabric but 'plastic'.
Best regards

Product conforms, at a completely acceptable price, just a slight delay of one day more compared to the expected date, a problem that may come from Traclet or Colissimo ...

Navigation on the site is great but very disappointed with the product the clip buttons that supposedly allow not to have to sew buttons on the pants to wear suspenders are useless and after just two hours of installing them on a vintage jean I have already reclipped them 10 times it is clear that this is not reliable
too bad it was a nice promise but a lie
As for the suspenders they are very beautiful and more importantly made in France

Response from Chapellerie Traclet
Hello
we have been selling these buttons for suspenders for several years and we have not had any issues.
We have taken your comments into account, we will see with our manufacturer the improvements we can make on these clips to avoid issues.
We would have appreciated a call to discuss this issue especially since we have already communicated about these clips.
remaining at your disposal.

Hat not compliant with my order
Translated reviews
Response from Chapellerie Traclet
Hello
Thank you for your comment.
The non-compliance is only due to the lack of the P on the ribbon. It’s still a very severe rating especially since the P was sent by letter so that you receive it quickly.
How is it that the rating is only 1 for a single small logo when
The hat is compliant and of quality.
It would have been interesting to rate the service we provided and as requested to verify the product rating.
