Ease of ordering. Little choice. Most products were unavailable. Too bad, the prettiest models were out of stock.

There was an error in the size of the cap received. Customer service immediately responded to me, the correct size was sent the next day, package delivered within two days with a return label for the wrong cap. Order with your eyes closed, because in case of a problem, customer service is great!

I ordered 2 hats and received them within the announced deadlines, so far so good. But one of the 2 hats is not the one I ordered.
I sent an email with a photo to Traclet on the same day (5 days ago) and I still have no response.
It is out of the question for me to return a product at MY EXPENSE due to an error that is not my fault.
Please respond to my email within 24 hours of posting my message.
*My request is legitimate and especially polite.
I am more than disappointed with your services.
Stéphane

I ordered 2 berets of the same size, one arrived with the size number modified by hand to make it look like it was the right size. This is unacceptable.

Response from Chapellerie Traclet Published on 07/12/2021

Hello
Please excuse us if there was a correction.
Thank you for sending us a photo of the received model at [email protected]
Is the beret not suitable in terms of size?

Disappointed, I ordered a mountain hunter's pie and received a Basque beret that is too big.

Translated reviews

Response from Chapellerie Traclet Published on 06/12/2021

Hello
Please excuse us if we made a mistake.
Is the beret sent approximately 33 cm? Please let us know the diameter you received.
The inside of the beret is labeled Basque beret but the dimensions indeed make it a mountain hunter's beret.
Remaining at your disposal
Best regards

Very fast delivery (one day ahead of schedule). A perfect chapka, the other would have benefited from having a tie that tightens behind the head. But satisfactory purchases
