Detailed explanations on the site. Product meets expectations at first glance. However, we would have hoped for a more moderate price.

The site is very good, the products are well presented, the delivery and the presentation of the package are perfect, the shipping date is respected.
The hat is beautiful, except that it is a pity that the braid around the crown is not wider (it is too discreet) and that there is no lace that goes around the crown and falls back at the back in a crossed mode.
Best regards

Good service and good responsiveness to questions sent by email. One point to improve: it was not indicated at the time of payment that the hat was out of stock, but the delay (3 weeks) was acceptable

hat sits on the head and does not sink because its crown is flat. This women's hat simply holds with the two laces that are tied with ribbons under the chin. Professional hat and not a costume hat.
Attention due to numerous abuses: no exchange or refund is possible to prevent it from being worn during an evening or ceremony.
100% natural straw

returns are quite simple

Perfect hat, but I was scared about the delivery time! I was expecting 4 weeks instead of 2 or 3! I had to ask for it. Fortunately, very responsive service from Traclet.
