Shipping costs are payable when returning unless indicated on the site in the case where you pay by PayPal. In this case, it is refunded by Paypal.
Regarding emails, we have personal emails in gmail and they do go into the spam folder. In this case, at least one email should be validated so that the others are not.
Regarding the delay, as indicated on the product sheet for sizes out of stock, the delay is 1-2 weeks
You ordered on Saturday, June 12 and the order was delivered on June 28. It is true 2 additional days.
Finally, what is the issue with the model that does not fit.

I placed an order on April 28 for delivery within 2 weeks (according to the Traclet site). I received the order on June 18. So for a delivery within 2 weeks, it took more than 7 weeks to receive my order. Not reliable. No excuse or understanding from the after-sales service.
