Having chosen a Colissimo without signature, I am disappointed that a simple cap was delivered in a box too large for a standard mailbox. I had to go to the post office, which I wanted to avoid.

I placed an order for a Gavroche style cap, order made on 06/04/21, the site indicates delivery between 48h and 72h. To date, I have been debited for my item but have received no news or delivery. I will return to the site soon to inform future customers of the seriousness of this company which is currently not professional.

Hello
The order was sent on Monday, June 7 under colissimo tracking 6m17879354882
You even received two emails from the post office that you read.
One of which indicated an incident and therefore a delay in delivery.
Normally, the post office should indicate the day it will be delivered.
Please excuse us for this inconvenience beyond our control.
A complaint has however been made
Best regards

It is a pity that you cannot modify an order as soon as it is validated. I had to make a second order due to a size error (on my part) in the first one. So I had to make a return.

Hat a bit tight for the size at the beginning of wearing but is quickly forgotten given its flexibility and the softness of the material; which means it surprisingly does not mark the forehead.

Trilby received according to the indications. Product also conforms to the description. Indeed, it is a bit small: the 58 is borderline for my head circumference of 57, and the 57 is too small.
