An accessory is missing from the cap and I still haven't received it. I was told it would be sent to me 15 days ago and I haven't heard anything since!!!

I had already ordered this cap a few years ago but since it was too tight on my head so I had to buy the same one with a size up, 60/61 cm by measuring the head circumference and it's good. Before, there was no size (large), it was less practical to order, it's better now. It is warm for autumn/winter and covers the ears. Not machine washable.

Very good site, clear and practical. Package well wrapped. The holiday periods must have caused shipping delays. I had to call the store after a week... The package hadn't been sent...
