The site is easy to consult. Good description of the products. I would have liked to see more photos of hats worn. The video for measuring head circumference is well done, but does not draw attention to the ears: should the tape measure be placed on the ears or above? This made me choose a size that is a bit too tight and I have to be careful to position my hat well if I don't want it to be too tight!

When ordering, I asked a question about the item and the answer was not precise enough, the answer was discovered after delivery on the item itself.

I chose a size larger than my head size and yet the cap does not fit at all, too small, and from afar... It looks like a child’s model...

Delivery on time, despite contradictory messages. Good quality, not deep enough to hold well on the head.
