The hat is beautiful with just a downside regarding the fleece lining which is only around the ears and not on the entire hat which seems to me is not specified in your description

Hello
Thank you for your message.
If the model received is not suitable, it is of course possible to change it for a higher quality if this model does not suit.
Best regards

It would be good to put a photo of the hats worn by a model to better understand.

Size problem, my first order I ordered size 58, it's too big, this time I ordered size 57, it's too small, so return with exchange at each delivery with costs at my expense. However, Traclet is very responsive to returns and exchanges, there are no issues with exchanges.

Response from Chapellerie Traclet
Hello
We have made the necessary claims to the post office.
You even received an alert from the post office stating that we have taken the follow-up steps.
Like all packages, if this one is open, it must be refused.
In the case where the packages have been opened, please send us photos so we can take the necessary steps with the post office.
We had indicated that we were taking the necessary steps with the post office but not to call you by phone.
Thank you for your understanding.
Best regards

The 4 * recognize the quality of the products, but the delivery time is too long and the characteristics of the products are not clearly displayed on your site.
