My order was overlooked. I had to send an email for them to realize that my order had not been shipped after 1 month of waiting.
I also received a different item from mine during the first shipment.
The second shipment was the item with the correct name, but it had nothing to do with what I ordered 1 month earlier, the shape was different and the colors too. Maybe it was the old collection I had seen. Or if that is not the case, the addition of the term 'non-contractual photo' should be added.
In any case, I am very disappointed...

Honestly a very good hat for the price.
I didn't give 5 stars because you can see some sewing threads from the inner band and on the edges of the hat, nothing dramatic though.
Another small negative point is that you can notice some imperfections regarding the smoothing of the felt. 2 lumps of wool spotted for now, but I must be the only one to see them.
In the end, if we consider the item in relation to the price, this hat is of impeccable quality.
