The manager is a bit stubborn but the shop is correct. This is my second order, faster than the first and a third will follow, my boss having broken my visor.

Very nice hat, sent quickly. I asked a question because I would like to find the same model for winter but I'm still waiting for the answer, hence 4 stars instead of 5!

Response from Chapellerie Traclet
Hello, The ordered hat model is the Alpine hunter beret made of 100% wool and handcrafted. It does not have a label on this model. If this model does not suit you and you want a model with a label, we have the Laulhère alpine hunter beret. Here is the link on our site https://www.chapellerie-traclet.com/fr/beret-militaire/7597-beret-chasseur-alpin-marine.html Thank you for returning it to our address Chapellerie Traclet 14 impasse bardin in Roanne. Very bad. I ordered 2 hats, 1 was shipped, I am still waiting for the second. Date of your order: 14/07/2020 Details of your order: Hat Trilby Dark Blue Linen - Stetson - Size: M - 56/57 cm. Impossible to reach customer service by phone, the subscriber is absent. Receiving a summer hat in September or even October, no use. I am still waiting for someone to cancel my order and refund my purchase.

We are asked for our opinion, I said it took three months to receive two caps and that was not considered, so do you want me to say they are excellent?
Translated reviews
Response from Chapellerie Traclet
Hello, how to accept a defamatory comment. You indicate three months when the delivery was made in 4 weeks knowing that the delay is longer with the manufacturing time of the model as well as customs. The order was placed on July 16. We are on August 13. That makes 4 weeks or at most one month. Here is the tracking of your order: Shipped Hanae TRACLET 06/08/2020 16:32:13 Payment accepted 16/07/2020 12:17:02 Awaiting restocking 16/07/2020 12:17:00 As indicated during the order, the delivery time was 2-3 weeks as we had no more in stock. There must therefore be a confusion of orders. Best regards, Traclet
