We are satisfied with the cowboy hat we ordered (€200) however we were surprised by the small size of the package compared to the size of the hat: the hat was slightly folded to fit into the box! We expected more precautions for an item of this value.

The packaging could be a bit more protective. Otherwise, everything else is perfect.
