Chapellerie Traclet delivers consistently fast shipping and reliable service, with many customers noting quick delivery and prompt order handling, sometimes arriving in time for events and performances. The product quality and presentation are repeatedly praised: hats and caps are described as well-made, comfortable to wear, with soft materials and neat finishes that align with photos and expectations. A wide selection and clear value for money are highlighted by shoppers who appreciate diverse options, reasonable prices, and durable, stylish designs. Customer service is perceived as attentive and professional, with straightforward returns and responsive assistance when needed.
Thank you for the order I received within the expected time. The cap was intended for my husband, perfectly fitting his size and taste... it will replace the hat he loves to wear but which flies away when the wind blows!

When I wanted to make my complaint regarding the ordered berets whose colors do not match the one that was chosen. The person on the phone was very unpleasant.

In 25+ years of using the internet, I have never seen a better, simpler and more functional shop than this one! I wish every online shopping experience was as this one. Products are exactly as described and seen on photos. Delivery is fast and not expensive. I will certainly buy more caps and hats. Highly recommended!

We have been looking for the English wool Bob hat model for a few years and here comes an advertisement from Traclet in my email with their new products.
It is perfect, real size, beautiful finish, fast shipping to Belgium.
We highly recommend this establishment, it is really worth it
