If you don't understand everything on the chapellerie-traclet site, you can call.
You can pay by bank check.
The interlocutors are nice and explain well.
Only downside, order placed on October 8, the package arrives after the 20th, but well, a little patience...

In 2018, I bought a T5MO Organic AIRFLO hat as well as the neck cover. Unfortunately, I lost the hat that I appreciated a lot and which was always impeccable. I still have the neck cover and I was pleased to see on the site that I could still buy the same hat.
The delivery was quick to Belgium.

Very satisfied with my order. Following a measurement error on my part, the hat was too big. I exchanged it without any problem. A week was enough. Very responsive customer service.

Very clear site - deadlines met - the product is magnificent. We are indeed dealing with a hat shop...not a supermarket...and French. Wrapped in tissue paper...impeccable. I recommend and I will return.
