very satisfied with my order. It meets what I wanted. Traclet hat shop informed me as soon as the hat model was available. This is the second one, of a different model than the first, and for both the quality is the same, in accordance with the presentation on the site. The delivery time is respected. I recommend the Traclet hat shop.

This is the second time I order an item from them and I am still very satisfied with the quality of their items. I also called the store for information and the person who answered was very kind and professional.
The site is well made. There is something for everyone's taste.
The ordered item was very well packaged with super fast delivery. What more could you ask for.
It is simply a very serious sales site.

2nd order with TRACLET, items of very high quality, fast delivery and well packaged.
I have a little problem with the size, a bit big, BE CAREFUL with the size guide recommendations, in my opinion it is more on the large side.
But I recommend this site which has very good quality items.

This umbrella I ordered is very good, however I didn't think it was so big! You can shelter two people under it.

It would be difficult not to find the right 'headgear' on this site. Personally, I ordered my hat on Thursday and received my package on Saturday. Description of the items is quite precise, wise advice, correct prices. Delivery in accordance with the description, I am fully satisfied.

Response from Chapellerie Traclet
Dear
I don't understand your message. Your order was made on Sunday and we sent it on Monday, we can't send it more quickly to you in Italy because all post offices are closed on Sunday.
Can you explain the problem with the Stetson hat quality?
Size, we explain that Stetson size is more important.
Last but not least, if you don't like it, you can return for exchange or refund.
Best regards
Traclet Sébastien

I very pleasantly received this beret of superb quality very quickly and very well made!
I think a small card from the company would be a good thing so that we can remember this brand and thus recommend it.
