Chapellerie Traclet delivers consistently fast shipping and reliable service, with many customers noting quick delivery and prompt order handling, sometimes arriving in time for events and performances. The product quality and presentation are repeatedly praised: hats and caps are described as well-made, comfortable to wear, with soft materials and neat finishes that align with photos and expectations. A wide selection and clear value for money are highlighted by shoppers who appreciate diverse options, reasonable prices, and durable, stylish designs. Customer service is perceived as attentive and professional, with straightforward returns and responsive assistance when needed.
A year of delivery - and in the meantime - we had "forgotten" that the order was paid in advance. I don't feel like we take the customers seriously ...

A fast and careful shipment. The product is of great quality, a real wonder both in quality and historically. Moreover, I was very pleased with the question I asked after my order about a historical item. I really recommend this company and I will make sure to speak well of it to my reenactor friends.

Order sent very late with no email information, I had to call several times to get information. I ordered a size 46, it arrived as a 47 and the hat was twisted by the box too small. Really disappointed.
