The item (Stetson Traveller cotton hat) completely meets my expectations although slightly wider than my head size easily remedied with a hat size reducer band. Item received in perfect condition in a suitable box and well protected by tissue paper plus a small ballpoint pen as a gift. Thank you Chapellerie Traclet

Order placed on 15/11/22, received on 04/01/23. Announced delay 2 to 3 weeks... I sent a message twice, the Traclet house never bothered to respond.
Moreover, the item has no label, neither the manufacturer's name nor washing instructions. I am absolutely convinced that there was one, there is a trace and moreover there was a piece of thread that was used to attach this label!!!
The worst part is that when this label was removed, there was a little unfortunate scissor cut.

Hello
please excuse us for these inconveniences. Our manufacturer had a significant delay in the production of goretex hats and we tried to send it to you as quickly as possible after Christmas. Regarding the label, normally there is indeed a label attached to a plastic thread detailing the care characteristics of the goretex.
As for the emails, we received one to which we replied that the hat should be shipped for reception at the beginning of January.
For these reasons, please find attached a gift voucher of 20 euros.
