I ordered 2 hats and received them within the announced deadlines, so far so good. But one of the 2 hats is not the one I ordered.
I sent an email with a photo to Traclet on the same day (5 days ago) and I still have no response.
It is out of the question for me to return a product at MY EXPENSE due to an error that is not my fault.
Please respond to my email within 24 hours of posting my message.
*My request is legitimate and especially polite.
I am more than disappointed with your services.

A problem (computer) occurred with the order, the message I sent was quickly processed. My subsequent payment was not taken into account, a 3-minute phone call and it was resolved: bravo for the customer service.

I ordered 2 berets of the same size, one arrived with the size number modified by hand to make it look like it was the right size. This is unacceptable.

Disappointed, I ordered a mountain hunter's pie and received a Basque beret that is too big.

Response from Chapellerie Traclet
Hello
Please excuse us if we made a mistake.
Is the beret sent approximately 33 cm? Please let us know the diameter you received.
The inside of the beret is labeled Basque beret but the dimensions indeed make it a mountain hunter's beret.

No issues with this company. The hat (an Irish cap) is of excellent quality. The delivery was very fast. A real plus to add, no plastic packaging, this is an excellent initiative for which I thank you.

Cap matches my order, well packaged in a box, and a surprise... a gift voucher for a wine sales site. Thank you. I highly recommend this very serious site. Delivery on time but the package was thrown into my lawn on a rainy day... the box and the cap were therefore in very poor condition. The box did not withstand the rainwater so the wool cap was flat and damp... too bad...
