Chapellerie Traclet delivers consistently fast shipping and reliable service, with many customers noting quick delivery and prompt order handling, sometimes arriving in time for events and performances. The product quality and presentation are repeatedly praised: hats and caps are described as well-made, comfortable to wear, with soft materials and neat finishes that align with photos and expectations. A wide selection and clear value for money are highlighted by shoppers who appreciate diverse options, reasonable prices, and durable, stylish designs. Customer service is perceived as attentive and professional, with straightforward returns and responsive assistance when needed.
Very happy with my order on this site, finally items that are not made in China or Asia but European. The cap and the belt I ordered are exactly as described. I recommend this site.

Well-stocked and clear site! The order arrived quickly and well packaged. The after-sales service is very responsive. Having had an error in the color, I sent an email and received a response without delay with a proposal to send the correct color. This small incident will not prevent me from ordering again on this site.

Very nice hat. Super nice look. I love the texture of the cotton. With my chemotherapy sessions, it keeps me warm at home, I almost forget about it. I recommend it

Sorry but we did not make a mistake as indicated on your invoice and the packing list, the chosen color is white. Moreover, currently, the black color is not available for this model.
So please check your invoice as the comment is not correct.

Very nice product of good quality.
Too bad I made a mistake on the size.
Indeed, my size of 58 does not correspond as indicated to size L.
