Out of my last three orders, only 1 has been fulfilled to date. The problem is that we only learn about the unavailability of the ordered product via email after the order has been paid.

Terrible. It's a scam. Over 100 days for a cane and without any information; no thanks. Forget me.

Very clear and efficient site. Simple order and very satisfactory delivery times despite the need for restocking. Excellent phone advice on the size to choose based on head circumference. Product perfectly compliant.

Bugatti cap with ear flaps: I wear size 57 and I took size 56. It fits me perfectly, holds well without being too tight.
