I ordered a very nice Pakol hat, it was marked 2 to 3 weeks delay (I was OK with that) due to a shortage, but I received it after a week. I recommend this site, very serious.

Response from Chapellerie Traclet Published on 27/05/2021

Hello,
Currently, deliveries outside of France are longer.
As indicated by colissimo tracking 8q53778583879.
The package is in the postal network, the delay is currently longer due to Covid 19.
Thank you for your understanding
Best regards
Traclet Sébastien
