Response from Chapellerie Traclet Published on 03/10/2018

Hello, please excuse us if you did not receive our emails, we hope you at least received them on verified notice. Indeed, we sent you an email on the 24th, the day after your order, to inform you of the delay.
Fortunately, Paypal was there to respond by email because on our side, we have the emails on our server as well as those sent to Paypal.
Perhaps those sent by us ended up in spam or junk.
Best regards
Traclet

Hello, this site offers a large selection, a little plus if the hats were shown on heads. Otherwise, nothing to say, the hardest part is choosing since the choice is vast. I would recommend without hesitation.
