Response from Chapellerie Traclet
Hello,
Please excuse us for the delay in delivery.
In case of a delivery issue, it is preferable to call us because once the event has occurred, it is clear that the solution is impossible.
Thank you for letting us know when you have received the bachi beret.
Best regards
Traclet

The delivery service impressed me, it took a few days to arrive in America. Quebec. And the hat is intact and the color is similar to the image. Careful craftsmanship.
