An outstanding site with a large selection of many hats, of very diverse shapes and materials, from well-known and lesser-known brands, for women, men, and children. A must-visit site for anyone wanting to buy a hat online.

Very disappointed I was supposed to receive the hat in 3 weeks maximum I received it in 7 weeks. Living abroad I contacted them via their email address 3 times but I never got a response from them. I had to ask the person who was supposed to receive the hat (as a gift) to call the number indicated on the site. After 3 calls they finally said they would send the hat.
I didn't even get a commercial gesture or an apology...

Just the facts
My comment
Summary description Refund commitment shipping costs not honored
Your response
You indicate a refund with shipping costs
Under different visor
My comments
29/06 payment 37.95
11/07 credit 33.15
You call this a refund of shipping costs, we must not have the same values
Where does the description of the red color of the under visor appear
I call this bad faith!!

I really like the Hanna Hats caps that are more 'plump' or more 'puffy'; in any case, they are more enveloping than those of other brands that claim to offer Irish caps.

Following the refusal of the first review submitted I am trying a second:
Package received left on the doormat in my absence, product not conforming to my order (preparation error?) and average quality so requested a refund.
Still waiting and shipping costs at my expense for the return despite their error.
Arrogant contact on the phone with the manager who does everything to ensure that no negative comment filters through.
Very disappointed.
