Delighted with my first purchase, very nice linen flat cap, appears to be of good quality. But I don't know the cleaning method, nothing is indicated.

Beautiful hat perfect for the garden, good size, good for protecting the neck from the sun, lightweight as it is made of straw. Fast home service, hat arrived in good condition.

Order placed on 19.07, a Saturday, shipped on 21.07, Monday, very fast..well done!, arrived on Thursday 24.07 instead of 23.07 because the Post rescheduled the delivery... Gift for my partner who is delighted, quality product as described, maybe a bit more expensive, but justified, unlike the pseudo French site but actually Chinese..! Recommended company and to be bookmarked if you like hats..! Rémy Z.

I have not received my Panama... the hat was replaced by a book and the merchant doubts my honesty instead of looking into where the malfunction comes from and refunding me

Response from Chapellerie Traclet
Hello,
We are sorry to hear that your experience did not meet your expectations. Please know that we understand your frustration regarding this regrettable situation and that we take your feedback very seriously.
As indicated, an investigation is underway with DPD and a complaint for theft has been filed.
As proposed, a new shipment following the return of the carrier will be made.
Furthermore, as indicated during our exchanges, we do not have books in our warehouse and working as a family, we do not steal our own merchandise.
This indicates, on the contrary, that we are looking for the malfunction to understand where it comes from and to avoid it happening again.
Finally, according to the photos, the location of the hat is clearly visible, one can see the shape of the crown exactly as we pack them during our shipments.
There is therefore a malfunction that is being verified by the carrier.
Remaining at your disposal.
Best regards,
Traclet

I have already ordered several times from the site. The company has not usurped its reputation. It is extremely serious with products of very high quality. The first hat I ordered is still in perfect condition. The size range is such that I was able to choose one that fits me perfectly. I highly recommend it.
