Order received very late. Almost 3 months instead of the 15 days planned. However, the product remains compliant.

This is my third order with this merchant. The first two in 2024 went very well: advisor accessible by phone, good responsiveness, attentive service (request for slight enlargement). This year, no more phone contact, an express request for fast delivery (travel abroad), order placed on a Monday, shipping done THURSDAY despite my reiterated request and a promise. Disappointment. I maintain 3 stars for the site and the product.

Hat too big. Cut not great. Color not compliant (too dark brown and not red).

Hello, I bought from your online store the hat 7765-78771, order number LSXYMQLAE September 5, 2026, but I received the model 2642. The photo on your website is also different, as you can see in the attached photos. Although it is only slightly different, it is precisely for these small details that I chose to buy it from your site, even though it was more expensive than on other online stores. Moreover, the hat was protected for shipping by a simple thin plastic bag and it arrived a bit wrinkled and slightly stained. Finally, I take this opportunity to point out that your site indicates that shipping is free from 90 € of purchase, without further precision or exception, but I had to pay 5 € even though the hat cost 110 €. The navy blue hat is okay, the gray one is a bit small

I did not have an "experience", I just went to the store to try on hats and bought one. I am satisfied, and I especially thank the people who brought the sought model from the depot.

Delivery time too long

missing the cord to hold the hat, link that was represented in the photo, however the hat itself is of nice quality

The Stetson cap, I expected leather, not suede or nubuck, the hat has a slight defect on the alignment of the eyelets on the left, but surprised by the metallic insert to keep its shape and good leather as expected. Satisfied with my order overall, and see you later for another.

I am disappointed the hat is too high I will not wear it

Having ordered a few flat caps, this is the first time I am disappointed with the product, not the color seen in the catalog at purchase.

Speed of shipping, product conforms to the description but the label was cut so you can see the cut white label on the green visor, it's not a nice finish, especially for a gift.

I received the package, but more than a month after the order. The delivery time was initially announced as 2 weeks. I never received a message saying that the package was delayed or anything. I had to contact customer service several times myself.

Everything went well.

I have bought the same hat several times with the same reference. These hats were made of cotton. The one I received is made of mixed fabric (70% cotton) and much lighter than the previous ones. Disappointment!

Too bad some products are not as they are supposed to be made in France
