Chapellerie Traclet delivers consistently fast shipping and reliable service, with many customers noting quick delivery and prompt order handling, sometimes arriving in time for events and performances. The product quality and presentation are repeatedly praised: hats and caps are described as well-made, comfortable to wear, with soft materials and neat finishes that align with photos and expectations. A wide selection and clear value for money are highlighted by shoppers who appreciate diverse options, reasonable prices, and durable, stylish designs. Customer service is perceived as attentive and professional, with straightforward returns and responsive assistance when needed.
The hat is great, but ..... delivery time not respected because out of stock (which I can understand), however no email to notify of this shortage, no alert, if we do not return to the site to check the tracking we know nothing. What is the point of forcing people to create an account in this case. Anyway, an effort on communication would be great!!!

I asked questions before purchase, very quick and complete returns. I received my hat, I am delighted! And local manufacturing is exactly what I wanted. However, a downside on the finish of the ribbon around the hat

I thought I was buying a Canadian product while it is made in China and I find it really expensive for a Chinese product as well as complicated to register for a lifetime warranty, I gave up on it

Two and a half months between the order and delivery, that's a bit long (without being informed of the delay). On the other hand, the payment for the order is immediate...

Easy to use site, Very fast delivery and the product was exactly as it was depicted in photos, perfect fit and beautiful craftsmanship with impractical material and detail. I would recommend this site and its items/hats greatly. As a first-time orderer and user of this site. I will absolutely be back to place another order for something else that catches my eye.

Nice welcome and great ease of navigation on the Traclet site. Ordering turns out to be very simple; the secure payment reassures! Great efficiency at all levels to process my order: confirmation email, really perfect packaging, shipping costs waived because the amount of my order allowed me to obtain this additional advantage, shipping message, Colissimo delay J+2 respected. Upon opening the package, surprise! A Traclet hat bag was waiting for me... Very pleasant shopping experience, once again!

Choice in references, products matching the description and quality, prices not prohibitive, fast shipping. Occasional appearances of products for women while the 'man' filter is activated, but that's a detail. Good site, very satisfied.

I love this hat but there is one issue, the edge is a bit wavy on each side I would say and I don't know if I can reshape it with steam to regain its original shape.
