When ordering the 2 items, order paid on 14/06/2024, the site mentioned fast delivery (2 to 3 days), in fact it was only delivered on 27/06/2024 because one of the two items was out of stock. It was necessary to search well on the site to find this information, a letter indicating the problem would have been welcome just to ensure being present at the delivery address which is a vacation address...

Online search and then saw Traclet products at a local store.
The Irish flat cap is of superb quality. The delivery was like by a rocket - very fast and cheap. I had written a little note for packaging for my American and Irish Grandfather, and there you go! Thank you very much! :)

Returning a product for exchange, in case of error or disappointment due to color, is at the customer's expense. The only solution is sending by post, no relay points possible, so additional cost... Too bad. I give up my return and will settle for the color received...

Cap of quite good quality. The delivery time and communication are, however, major weaknesses.
