Perfect product, attractive site, ungraded delivery and therefore expensive for a small and light product

I ordered my daughter's first hats 3 years ago and I still order. The products are of good quality (I only select products made in France or Italy) and the availability of customer service is more than good (hard to find both advantages...). Fast delivery (international delivery) I rarely leave comments, but when a seller does well, it's important. Thank you

The hat was a birthday gift for a friend. She is very satisfied. I appreciated the explanation for measuring the head circumference, the size was good. So very happy.

A lot of choices, I found what I wanted. A well-organized site. French product, well finished. Perfect. Delivery expected in 2 to 3 weeks, brought back in no more than a week. Perfect tracking for the delivery.

Perfect, except that the item arrived almost a month late, stock shortage showing on my "order" account. I received no news during this time, wondering if I would receive this summer cap before winter. I then called and was told that the item would leave the hat shop the next day, which was the case.
Apart from this incident, the item is perfect, interesting because foldable. I plan to order a second cap soon.
Best regards,
Mf
