The quality of the hat is perfect, the only complaint is that the color is darker than I thought. It would have been desirable for it to be noted dark brown

The site is not very operational. For example, I select 'Women' and I end up with lots of mixed men's headgear. The selection does not work and this is true regardless of the selection. It's very regrettable and wastes a lot of time. Needs improvement+++

Very professional, following a mistake on my part regarding the size, I contacted the store directly to correct my mistake, unfortunately the cap was not available in the desired size, they directly proceeded to a refund. Hats off I found that very professional, it is becoming really rare.

Hello,
For this type of product, I expected French manufacturing.
Disappointed for a beret: expensive for 'made in Taiwan'.

Response from Chapellerie Traclet
Hello
We are also disappointed with this comment.
Indeed, the information is clearly stated on the product sheet of this Kangol cap that it is made in Taiwan.

If you want a cap made in France, we also have some, here is the link on our site

It is certainly possible to exchange it if you want a cap made in France.
