Navigating your site is easy and your advice on taking (the hat I took) one to two sizes above mine was very relevant. The package arrived on time, very well packaged. I am delighted with my hat. The finish is perfect.

Ad on the site for a 72-hour shipment but at the time of ordering, the delay changed to 3 weeks. Okay, that can happen. After 4 weeks, I sent an email to get news. Response within 48 hours explaining that they were sorry and that my order had been shipped. Indeed received in 24 hours by chronopost. I think that if I hadn't written, they would have forgotten my order. Or coincidence??
