Very responsive and good advice for a remote order. Full price without any discount but we can't have everything in an emergency.

I had given 5 to my previous order because it was impeccable, now 2 (Bad). It's far from being the case for this one. My partner's hat costing over 100€ arrived with numerous defects, several threads had to be properly adjusted as well as pieces of straw.

Hello, we have taken your message into account. As we have indicated since 1995 that we sell online for any issues, please send us an email with a photo of the problem with the hat along with an explanation of the issue, and we will try to find a solution. No one is perfect, but we always strive to satisfy everyone in good faith. Remaining at your disposal. Best regards, Traclet Sebastien

I recently discovered the Traclet hat shop while looking for a walking stick. I was able to order a engraved pilgrim staff. I am satisfied with the ordered product that I was able to submit to 40km of walking and the professionalism of the customer service. It's a flawless experience!!!

Very satisfied with my order. Maybe one regret: I didn't find how to establish a favorites list for future purchases.

Why add a need to do literature? It was perfect for both the product and the delivery times and conditions. And what is the difference between 'review' (therefore motivated differently than by stars) and 'comment', the box below. All that just to tease you a little...

The positive, a large selection on this site. However, the shipping time was longer than announced during the order (5 weeks instead of 2/3 weeks).
