Customer reviews of Chapellerie Traclet

With an extremely wide selection, the navigation on the site is perfectly organized by category, theme, material, shape,.. keyword. I received a very warm welcome on the phone. The options for exchange or return are confirmed courteously.

Very happy

No issues

Everything is perfect!

Easy to explore site; fast delivery and no problems. Already several orders and never any issues. Perfect

Hat and box arrived in good condition. Good quality of the hat. Size 54. Slightly large. But it fits well. Beautiful white color.

Very nice packaging, very good advice after delivery and beautiful quality of the hat.

Problem with the IT system. We go in circles when we have the password issue and the need to order and that 'my account' cannot complete normally

The product is exactly what I ordered. Very good quality. Thank you.

A good product exactly as advertised. However, a total lack of communication from the after-sales service. After the purchase, no further information on the progress of the order.

Very good online hat shop. Always happy with my purchases. Quality/price is great. I recommend.

Excellent service, very good advice over the phone. Packaging and delivery of products are perfect!

I visited the shop, very warm welcome. And fast delivery.

Good

Order placed on 04/06/2020, without news for 2 weeks I send a message and receive a response on the 20th saying: "The wide-brimmed hat will be shipped at the beginning of next week. Normally, you should receive it Wednesday or Thursday at your home." Not receiving anything, I follow up and receive a response on the 26th informing me that the production of the hat was completed that day. Additional delays are not always a problem, but sometimes you may need a product within a specific timeframe and - if necessary - need to organize if timely delivery is not possible. The product seems to be of good quality, but a customer service that does not communicate does not necessarily make you want to order again.

Nothing to say, everything is perfect.

We know the availability of the product right away.

I had difficulty finding your entire offer.

Fast and professional!

Nothing to report, a real service.

Efficient service; product in line with what I expected. I recommend.

Very easy site to browse, and the products are very numerous.

First navigation, first order and full satisfaction with the delivery and the product received....

Very good serious follow-up.

I am very satisfied with this order, whether it's the site, the delivery, the quality of the hat I ordered, very well packaged, hat arrived impeccable.

Well-structured site, taking orders into account and fast delivery.

Perfect, beautiful and received on time.

Fluid and easy-to-access site.

Beautiful and good product.

Pleasant and smooth site. Order received very quickly.

I find the website not very attractive and modern. The products are so beautiful and of good quality when you receive your package which is well packaged by the way, and I find it a shame that the website does not showcase your magnificent products.

Perfect

I am disappointed for a site that claims to be French; the hat is not French.

Everything went very well

Always a pleasure to order from Traclet.

Very good site, intuitive, nice, well organized. I easily found what I was looking for. The customer service is top-notch. The shop is well stocked with headgear in various price ranges. I particularly appreciated the mention specifying the composition and the country of manufacture for each product. I will reorder (hats) and I will recommend (to friends) ^^.

Fast delivery and well packaged.

It would be nice to receive an email confirmation of the order. There is too long a delay between the order and delivery. Otherwise, the cap seems to be of good quality.

The follow-up is good.

very satisfying
