We are very satisfied. But I think it shouldn't have been necessary to take a size down. Very nice hat, neat. Well packaged. Beautiful creation.

Nothing more and a promotional pencil received as an unnecessary gift. Packaging a bit too light.

Response from Chapellerie Traclet
Hello
We try to make packaging that preserves the package but also the planet because we talk a lot about ecology and we cannot send a box for a bob that is folded.
In the case of a gift, you can ask us for packaging so the hat will be a bit more shaped.
For the shipping costs of 4.95 euros, it is the price of a tracked colissimo.
Unfortunately, shipping costs are significant even for us who cover part of the price.
Best regards
Traclet
