The site is good but it deserves to be more detailed. Indeed, I bought a sailor's cap and I saw that there were clips with the same reference as the cap. I thought it was to attach the cap. Upon receiving these clips, I do not know what they are for and how and where they attach to the cap. As a result, I spent an additional 5 or 6€ for nothing.

I received my package a bit late while it was for a gift. Besides that, the chapka was well packaged and there was no incident with my order. The tracking was easy.

I have been a customer with you for a few years and I have bought 4 hats and seven caps... I am delighted with your products and their quality. I have 4 cars and I have matching headgear that matches the colors of my vehicles. I am thrilled. Well done. The last cap from an Italian brand, patchwork, and original and quite unique. Thank you for your supplies. However, the choice of your shippers is very poor.

Not only are the unavailable items still displayed - even 'grayed out' - but additionally, one can create an alert to be informed as soon as they are back in stock.

I am delighted with my purchase (a Napoleon bicorne).
The quality of this hat is impressive and has nothing to do with cheap costumes.
The item corresponds perfectly to the collective imagination.
The contact with the Traclet hat shop (phone or email) works wonderfully (I live in Belgium).
And, icing on the cake, the TRACLET hat shop accepted, at no extra cost, to adjust the size of the hat so that it could bring joy to a 6-year-old child
